Delete your Finlivo Business account
Finlivo Business by Khandaker Mahfuz Hasan · app id com.finlivo.business
In the app (fastest)
- Open Finlivo Business and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture at the top right to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it’s done.
Delete some of your data, keep your account
- Open Finlivo Business and sign in.
- Open the ledger, supplier, worker, customer, item, stock entry, expense, sale, payment or cash entry you want to remove and tap Delete. It moves to Trash.
- To delete it for good straight away, open More → Trash and tap Delete on it, or Empty Trash. Anything left in Trash is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Deleting a ledger deletes its suppliers, workers, customers, entries, attendance, stock and comments with it. You can also remove your profile photo in Profile, a receipt photo from its entry, and a supplier’s or worker’s phone number from their page.
Pro subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions before or after deleting; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone, profile photo, ID, business type and plan details
- Your ledgers, with their suppliers, workers and attendance, customers, expenses, sales, payments, cash given to staff, comments, receipt photos and budgets
- Your stock items and stock history, connections, members and what you share, notifications, push token and settings
- On the phone: the saved copy of your data, exported PDFs and Excel files
What is kept
In ledgers owned by other people, anything you entered stays in that ledger (so the owner’s totals stay correct) but is no longer linked to you. Purchase records stay with Google Play or the App Store under their own policies. Nothing else is kept. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
